I have a client that has a BCM400, Trying to load the Desktop Messaging client on a PC, goes through the load etc, but INBOX never appears. The PC "OS" was recently reloaded. HELP PLEASE. I am willing to pay, I have remote access to the BCM and the PC if necessary.  Call me @ 704-661-3875

What type of email client are they using? Outlook? Did you follow the instructions for adding an clients desktop?

Yes outlook, followed instructions, have put it on a couple of the clients computers already. When you go into the account on the outlook, the CallPilot isn't there. Weird, it is an XPSP2 and XPSP3 machine. Thanks.

I guess no one has encountered this either. The CTE LAN PORT has nothing to do with the Unified Msg correct...?
