i maintain a cs1000 5.5. some of the ip phones are unable to access voice response equipment, answering machines and such after the call is connected. When the distant end answers and i press a digit, i.e. 1, 2 etc the equipment does not respond. Some phones work and some do not.
any idea's is greatly appreciated.

Have you tried pressing a # after you finish dialing the number
