Looking for tech support on the BCM50. I currently have an opprotunity to aquire a new customer who recently had Verizon install the system. They are not happy with the quality or response time of service. I have several questions that a certified tech will know or can get the answers to.If someone could PM me with contact info I would appreciate it. Time is money so I will compensate $.
