I have a Call Pilot on a CICS. The Call Pilot has 4 channels. All mailboxes and even when recording system prompts; there is a delay of 6 or more seconds before the thing actually beeps so you can record.
I rebooted the voicemail and re-recorded the user's greeting but it still delays several seconds after the end of the recording until it actually beeps so you can leave a message.
It seems to do the same thing when recording AA greetings.
Even if I do a F980 in-house, after the greeting there is a pause of several seconds before it beeps.
Back up, reboot and Restore? (if so, what's the exact procedure for that - I have it on the LAN with IExplorer).
