In case some one does not know you can find just about any manual for Nortel or Avaya at this site and and you don't have to be a Registered. I haven't been to the Nortel site for awhile where you had to be registered to view most of there material. You just have to look around to find some of the manuals like Norstar is under Avaya Norstar. https://support.avaya.com/css/Products/

Avaya has never been that way as far as I know, even though I am registered on both Avaya and the old Nortel site Nortel was the only one that I had to log into to get the information I needed
