I have a customer with a7.1 MICS w PRI who wants the following-
When her line x2608 rings it rings on reception x2600 as well. So x2608 is setup as answer DN for x2600 and her line 158 has 2 appearances to ring and appear. When on call 1, a second call comes in-she wants to screen the call by looking at the caller ID and if she doesn't want to talk to the person, presses the DID button while the call is ringing and it will stop ringing and forward the second call to her VM.
I've never heard of a DND button being used on the fly like a cell phone Ignore button. Has anyone?
The 7.1 software is new-she says it worked on the old software. I can't get it to work on the new software or think of any feature that will do exactly this.

The only thing DND does is turn the ringer off for the phone.
While her phone is ringing and she hits DND, it will stop the ringing.
AND the call will go to voice mail but only after the FNA is satisfied whether it be 4 rings or whatever set to.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
