our customer recently purchased the caller id feature on 1 trunk for their district admin? how do i turn this feature on? it is a ground start trunk and the telco has verified the caller id works at the dmark
quit using mollies to hang wall phones!!!

I was under the impression that CID only worked on PRI under Option 11s. Am I wrong?

Put external caller Id boxes by the phones that have that number or uprade to a PRI.

If it's just the one line, an external CID box is the cheapest route...
