Have a customer with a CICS no VM or AA. They only have 2 CO lines. Line 1 Caller ID is ok. If another call comes in, it rollsover but no ID. Telco provider does have the service on it and has been verified.How can I test CID on Line 2?

Just because Line 1 has Caller ID, does not mean that Line 2 has been programmed correctly. Each ext with line 2 ringing ALSO has to have Caller ID turned on.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Also, could still be a telco issue. Had that problem here with MY line. They swore it was on. I tested here & it wasn't. When they finally showed up here so that I could prove it wasn't my equipment, they tested here at D-Marc. It was there, but signal was so low, it would show up. They fixed it.

Take a small CLID box with you and connect at the D-Marc. That will verify that it's coming in.

I know its coming from the Dmarc. Thats already been verified. Its its in the switch somewhere. I'll find out Monday.
