Have a Call Pilot 150 that has stopped working over the weekend, replaced power suppl, still does not come up. Alights come on lights on left flash and go away, lights on right go away and don`t come back, Shows none in maintenance under device. Any thought for repair or is it pouched.

It is toast right now. Once it boots up correctly, the center light on the right side shoud stay light solid. If it doesnt, then it indicates a faulty unit. You are kind of guessing on repair here. How many users? It might just be cheaper to get a replacement. Buy from a reputable dealer that will give you a warranty.

Could be bad software too. Can you borrow some software to verify problem?? The first 2 CP's that I installed brand new had bad software. Your symptoms sound familiar.
