I have a CP 100 that I went to make some changes on this morning and the only thing "working" is the LED on port 1 is flashing rapidly. It does have an updated power-supply. I reseated the software card and tried multiple reboots. Any ideas?? You cannot log into the unit.. Thanks

Check your terminations. Possible that the wire connecting the CP to the station block could be lose. Try re-terminating and see if that helps. Just a thought.

I did... I actually plugged a phone into VM ports.

Make sure that Flash card is in buttom slot not in the top one. Usualy light 1 is repidly flashing if Flash card in the wrong slot or is deffective.

It is in the correct slot and I have had a software crash on this very Call Pilot, so that makes sense. This software is only 2 years old.
