I have a BCM 400 with phones configured with two intercom buttons. Currently if my phone is in use and a second party calls me they are immediately sent to voicemail. Is it possible to change this behavior so the incoming call rings four times before going to voicemail? In a sense it would be like having two line appearances on the phone.

In Set Capabilities, make sure DND on busy is turned off.

Also, double-check that the 2nd I/C button is actually programmed as an I/C, and not just labelled as such.

Forward Busy was set so I disabled it and it works perfectly. Thank you for your help!
