It should be programmed thru the terminals$sets but when I'm doing the programming it's got me confused. I can't seem to find the right steps to make the button become line 3. For incoming calls it does show up on one of the IC buttons but when that button is pushed for outgoing you get intercom dialtone. the system is a CICS

make line 3 appear & ring, sounds like what you have is ring only.

Thanks the customer found Mike's PBX cookbook on line which gives a step by step instruction on how to do this.
