Have a nortel call pilot 150 with meridian 824 Dr5

right now incomming lines are answered by auto attendant instructed to dial 4 digit ext or 0 for manager dial 0 goes to 2005
if no answer after the transfer time out it goes to a general delivery box 1000 how do I change this to go to another staff MB instead of general delivery

Let's see.....you want "0" to go to 2005, BUT if no answer you want the message to go somewhere else?

Can't be done.

If you want the call to go somewhere else, set CFNA to whatever extension you want that WILL answer. Note that if THAT extension doesn't answer, the message will STILL go to the GD.

RIGHT O IS GOING TO 2005 WHICH IS FORWARDED TO 2009 WHICH IS FORWARDED TO 2099 WHICH IS FORWARDED TO 2094 AND 2094 IS FORWARDED BACK TO 2005 THIS IS A 4 EXT LOOP, WHAT IS HAPPENING IS IF NONE OF THESE CALLS ANSWER IT TIMES OUT TO THE GENERAL DELIVERY BOX.I WANT IT TIME OUT TO 2005 MB.

anyone else have a solution

disable the gen del mailbox: press 6 once you get to Ftr983. make sure 2005 has a mailbox and see what happens. it may work, since 2005 is the lowest number DN.
