Aloha, I've only programmed the BCM50 either locally or thru the Network. Is it possible to program with dial-up? I was wondering if there was a internal modem that you would have the customer transfer you to or maybe using a fastrad. Any help would be appreciated. Mahalo

FastRAD will not work on BCM-50.
Dial-up will work although it is very slow. Customer can use the special Feature code to send you to the modem. Customer can just transfer you to the modem DN. You can use the Auto Attendant.
Any of those should work for you.
