Can I have a DID number that rings to the owners ext. be transfered without ringing his phone to his voicemail with the push of a button (DND) or be sent to his secretary with the push of another button (CFWD???) but recall back to his VM if unanswered. Any help would be appreciated.

Just use Call Forward.
Go right to VM use Feature 984.
Go to another phone use Feature 4 plus ext#.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

Can Feature 4 + ext. be programmed onto 1 button? Will the call come back to the owners voicemail if it goes unanswered at the forwarded station?

Feature 4 can be put on a button. You can also put the ext # on another button. Then you press the first button, then the second button.
The call should return to the originally called extension.
