Are the two compatible? If so, I am having an issue with the ATA not returning intercom tone after a hook-flash from the IVR. There is silence after the hook-flash and if any DTMF digits are inputted, the ATA reconnects you to the call. I am relaying this info from my tech in the field so apologies if I am being vague or something doesn't make sense. Thanks in advance...Drew

I have the same problem that Alvaphonepro has, only I am using an ATA2 and still don't get intercom dial tone after doing a flash from my analog device.

After hook-flash you must dial *71 to return intercom dial-tone to analog device... To answer my own question.
