I have a client with a BCM50 being used in a home based business. She has two rotary lines for business, and a third private line. She would like to setup the auto attendant for the business lines, and have the single private line forward BNA to an individual mailbox without going through the AA.

I can accomplish this, but the problem is she wants all phones to ring on incoming calls for all 3 lines. Any thoughts on how to accommodate this? In my mind I thought it's very similar to setting up a partioned system as if two companies were sharing the same phone system.

If there's an extension with the private line ONLY, set CFB &/or CFNA to the CP100's DN.

If not, set up another extension with just that one line and do as I stated above. Obviously you have to have a separate MB for that extension so it doesn't go into a business MB.

You can't have move than one MB/extension.

If you don't understand that, time to call in a Pro.

Or the "El-Cheapo-Delux" solution....install a plain old TAD on the private line somewhere.

Just have the AA pick up the phone lines.

Lines 1 & 2 used Table 1
Line 3 uses Table 2 with CCR 2 then make CCR 2 path 0 a transfer to Mail box xxx.
