I replaced a BCM 50 today. The old one was damaged by burglars! Opened the box, which was labeled Avaya and there in big bold red and white logo was Avaya! No more blue and white Nortel. I need to retire!

I know its tough...but get used to it. Nortel is now Avaya and pretty soon they won't even make the stuff anymore.. It is going all IP Office with support for the legecy nortel Phones. Honestly, I like the IPO 500 better than the BCM, more features. Any of our MICS or BCM's that die now are most likely getting replaced with IPO.

I agree to a point Z-man but the BCM50 outsold the IP Office. I also like many things about the IP Office better than the BCM but Avaya should have done some things a little different.
