A customer has an option 81 with an Octel voice mail, The Octel has a message in the mail box and sends a studer dial tone to a single line phone on the Nortel. The customer wants the message waiting light to light up and not the studer tone. I checked the Nortel programming and it does have MWA in the class of service. Is there any other cls I need to activate to get the message waiting light?

Do you have a NT8D03 or NT8D09 in the switch

If you have NT8D09 put LPA in the CLS, if you have NT8D03 your out of luck no MWL
