Hi, I'm trying to use *67 but when I do grab an available line and dial *67??????? I get, we're sorry all circuits are busy. These are regular pots lines. I tried to dial out on a fax machine with one of the lines from the phone system and it worked just fine. I assume when I dial * then it's going back into the phone system instead of handing * to the phone line itself.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
By the way happy Friday to everyone.

are you dialing 9, then *67, or are you selecting the line manually?
