I tried to out an acd dn on an option 11 rls25(?) with Mer Mail 10 and got error code" SCH5362 Cannot remove an ACD-DN when the ICPM is monitoring it for statistics" does anyone know what IPCM is. This is a pretty basic setup in a factory with only 8 trks and 30 or so phones. No Symposium or call acct. Thanks in advance Pat

Intelligent Pass-through Copper Module.
You may try to DACR the ACD group and then it may or may not allow you to remove the ACD DN. Sometimes ETAS had to dial in and remove a patch/PEP. Then the ACD could be removed and the patch would then be reinserted.
