not sure if there is such a thing. But I need to forward a bunch of phones to external numbers.
I know we have a BCM not sure of version with T7316E set's if there is a standard feature code. otherwise i'll have to get into the switch and figure out if it's enabled.
If I get into the switch where can i find what the feature code is and if it's enabled?
Thanks in advance.

First things first, how many phones is a "bunch"? What type of service do you currently have?

the switch has 2 PRI's and inbound isn't that heavy so it wouldn't be too much of load on the switch. but we're talking 16 phones.
Tried feature 4 brought me to the call forward on the phone but if i try to enter 9 or a 10 digit number it fails.

I believe you need Redirect turned on at each set for it to forward outside.
