Norstar MICS. We switched them yesterday from a T1 to a PRI.I programmed all the hardware options and the key code, set up routes and destination codes. I can make local calls, but no long distance or 800 calls. In the morning when circuit first turned up, 800 calls worked , but no LD. Once numbers were ported in the afternoon, no LD or 800. Incoming is working fine. When phone company monitors the line she sees three variations depending on the absorb length I put in the Dest. Code. Code is 9 absorb 00 she gets 918004444444 absorb 01 she gets 1800444444 strips 9 and last digit absorb all she gets 8004444444 she tells us that she can't process the the numbers without the one or with the 9. My real question is, why is it stripping the 9 and the last digit when absorb length is 01?And why did it work in the morning and now it doesn't? I didn't make any changes to the routing until we found out we were having problems. :bang:

Make sure your public network allowed digits is at least 11. I believe the default is 10.
