Hello,
I need to reconfigure our Nortel system as to remove one line from the pool and make it ring to a specific handset.
I have already had the phone company take it out of the rollover sequence for incoming calls.
I have the passwords for our system and some manuals. What I am most concerned about is missing a step because I don't know the 'big picture'.
Any point in the right direction will be appreciated.
thanks

Remove it from the pool and make it private, if it's only to be used by one & only one TELEPHONE.
