In element manager when i attempt to change the pub. recieved number or priv.recieved number i get
Error Happened. Error Detail: XXXX is not a valid Pub recieved number
what am i missing i dont see a place where i can add that number to the numbering plan.

My issue was the the target number that I was tryin to assign was assigned to another target. I need tofind that line that was targeted to the did and change it.

you are going to have to look through the numbering plan the hard way, unless you can find the phone is rings too, then you can check the line assignement.
