Have a T7406E on a CICS with 2.0 software . have programmed the phone to have 4 incomming lines appear and ring but only 3 lines seen to be accepted (left side only) how many lines should one be able to have on this type of set.

Multiple lines. Are you sure the 4th is not there? How did you check? Did you remove any of the other features, I/C's, etc.?

The 7406e has 6 buttons but it emulates a 7310 with 10 buttons. The bottom 4 buttons don't exist. So to put 4 lines on a 7406 you will need to
1st remove all line... exit programming 2nd add line 4... exit programming 3rd move line 4 from the top left to the top right button. 4th add lines 1-3

Sorry Marv - I think you are incorrect.
Your software makes the T7316e look like an M7310. Program the lines you want, once the 5 bottom buttons on the left side are full they will automatically show up on the right side - again starting with the 4th button down. The max lines would be 9 with one intercom. Or would be 8 with HF and an intercom.
You need software 6.1 or better to get full use of the buttons.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?
