I HAVE A CUSTOMER THAT TOOK A LIGHTNING HIT ABOUT A MONTH AGO.I REPLACED THE CICS KSU AND CID TRUNK CARD AND REPROGRAMMED THE SYSTEM TO GET THEM BACK GOING.WITHIN A COUPLE OF DAYS THE ALARM 51-2 WOULD SHOW UP AND WHEN THEY WOULD ACCESS ANY OF THERE 3 CO LINES IT SAYS NOT EQUIPPED.THE CUSTOMER CAN REBOOT THE SYSTEM AND ACCESS THERE LINES AGAIN.I HAVE RETURNED TO THE SITE AND REPLACED THE KSU AND CID TRUNK CARD AGAIN AND ALSO REPLACED THE 7.1 SOFTWARE MODULE.THEY NOW HAVE NEW SYSTEM EXCEPT FOR THE TELEPHONES. 1st off, don't use CAPS. It means you're shouting. I'm not deaf. A Trunk Module has been disconnected. Identify the module that caused the alarm. Power down the system. Check all connections to the Trunk Module. (Re-seat the card) If the problem persists, replace the cables.
