when i get to step 5 my only option is "information"
does this mean i need a licence?
where can i see how many i have / am using?

1. Log into system administration
2. Select the softkey under "MBOX"
3. Select the softkey under "ADD"
4. Enter the mailbox number (extension. you want to add
5. Mailbox type: Subscriber and then select "OK"

Yes you don't have any more licensed VM boxes available. Look under mail box administration to see what you've got left on licenses.

You need to go into Callpilots HTTP interface to see what I just posted. Use a crossover cable to to connect.
