I have a call pilot 100, that remote access has stopped working. Trying the ** to retrieve voicemails from outside of the office. Any suggestions?

Are you trying from a cellphone? Try calling in from a land-line. Some cellphones don't put out enough of a tone for the CallPilot to recognize it (which sometimes has to do with the cellphone settings, re: short/long tones).
Other than that, re-boot the CallPilot.

My cellphone works with some CallPilots and not with others. :shrug:

This has 3.0 software. Here is a little background. Customer was in old location for years it worked fine. Since I have moved them, it has no longer worked. I am curious if the provider is having issues with their DTMF tones. I created a voicemail box, it does work internally. I have tried rebooting the CP, but this didn't change. All I get is dead air when I enter the **.

When you say internal you mean call from a land line into the main line?....that is the true test method.
Does not sound like a carrier issue if you get dead air after **, you should at least here bionic betty asking for you to enter mailbox and password.
Unless the carrier does not seeing the * To test call the main line, get to a mailbox greeting and press *, see if it takes you back to main menu. Return to AA must be set to Yes.
Maybe try setting Return AA to No, reboot then back to yes.

If I call extension to extension. When I call from a land line, I get nothing. I have tried calling in from numerous phone lines and types. The only thing that has changed on this system is a new circuit when I moved them.
