I have a PRI and start getting messages "Normal clearing" after calls get droped. Changed PRI card. Any ideas?
One more: SMDR probably Rel.1. No outbound info on CA. Ext. has a PRI access. F9*2 doesnt have much to play with. Few month ago info was coming thru.

Sounds like an issue with D channel maybe.
Call carrier and have them check.
If you have PRI it is suggested to go to 7.1 software....6.1MR at least

Is any SMDR will work? I've been told that need SMDR 4 or 6. Curly nothing wrong with D chanel.
