I am using Outlook 2003 with the Call Pilot Desktop mgr installed. When I am using outlook offline it will not start. It just sits at the splash screen.
If I VPN in to work when I can reach the BCM, Outlook opens fine. Is there some sort of time out I can set or tell the add-in not to delay startup.

It is possible to adjust the server timeout for each email account separately.
Look in Options > Mail Setup > Send/Receive > Highlight the account and click edit > Account Properties > Advanced > Adjust the timeout slider.
