Hello,
I'm looking for a step by step programming guide for a newly install Nortel CICS 6.1.
I have found the Installer Manual where it explains how to program it but since I'm new to this I need a guide on how to do it step by step.
there are 4 Lines and 12 Extensions with voicemail.
I need to setup the system so that the lines ring only on the first extension and then they are routed to the proper extension, after hours forwarding, and voicemail setup.
Of course, I will pay for any services/help provided.

I would put a post in Request an Installer .. you'll have better luck there.

Due to board guidelines we don't post step by step instructions in the open forum as the information could be used for illicit purposes. You would need to have Installer access to the system. If you don't, it's time to call in someone who is trained properly. If you don’t already have an Installer, please click on this link, OR Post in the “Request an Installer†forum.
