Hello all, I have a good one for ya. I am installing a Dukane PC6000 nurse call system behind a Cisco Call Manager. Here is my problem, when you hang up the phone the Dukane needs to see a "#" "#" (DTMF)in order for the Telco card on the Dukane to release. I cant get the Cisco to generate the DTMF on a on hook condition. Is there any equipt. out there that will generate a "#"#" on a hang up. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Not familiar with a Dukane PC6000, however Avaya is the only company that I know that provides the # for a disconnect. Is the PC6000 supposed to be integrated with them only? Not familiar with the Call Manager either, however I would assume it is not designed to integrate with a 3rd party Vmail, therefore does not provide disconnect digits.
Short of installing a phone system infront of the Dukane you have quite a mess! Any chance of getting callers to press ## prior to hanging up?

These guys are the middleware integrators between Cisco and Dukane and could probably help you out.

I had to buy something similar from sandman.com. It turned the re-order tone we were getting on hang up to a dtmf "d" which is what I needed to get my voicemail to clear.
