I am an end user of a Nortel BCM 400 phone system and I am at a point where I need to add an expansion cabinet. I called my vendor and was told the key codes to unlock the expansion modules on the BCM 400 are no longer available for purchase so I cannot expand. I called the vendor I originally bought the system from and they told me the BCM 400 does not require key codes to activate the expansion modules and that I can expand. Which one is correct?

The second. A BCM 50 would require keycodes for expansion cabinets, the BCM 400 does not.

Thanks for the reply. Do you happen to know if call pilot and IP key codes are still available for the BCM 400 rls 4.0?
