dzuroff Member Joined: Jul 2010 Posts: 14 Elkhart, Indiana	I am an end user of a Nortel BCM 400 phone system and I am at a point where I need to add an expansion cabinet. I called my vendor and was told the key codes to unlock the expansion modules on the BCM 400 are no longer available for purchase so I cannot expand. I called the vendor I originally bought the system from and they told me the BCM 400 does not require key codes to activate the expansion modules and that I can expand. Which one is correct?
