My customer recently changed PRI carriers. They were getting number only on incoming Caller ID. The new carrier(XO) is sending name and number. Only the name is showing on caller ID. The protocal is the same (NI-2) The carrier says they can't send number only on NI-2 but they can on NI-1. But NI-1 isn't an option on the MICS. Version is 30NdG00. Anything I can change on the KSU end? Would a software upgrade be necessary? The carrier tech is checking with his engineers but I want to check the equipment end for a fix.

You can set that for each extension.
Name first or number first.
When the phone rings it will show you the name or the number depending on your programming for that extension. If you want to see the other half that is not showing (before answering) then invoke the Feature 811 code. Then use the view to see the other half.
If CON is the opposite of PRO
Then what is the opposite of Progress?
