Can't out a 2616 phone/monitored phone #150531 04/16/12 07:37 AM

OP outback Member Joined: May 2008 Posts: 44 Florida	Hello, I need to change a TN from a 2616 to a 3901. When outing the 2616 I get the error code "SCH8783" which is telling me it is a monitored phone. How do I un-monitor a phone so it can be outed?
