I couldn't find an installer near Murietta on Installers section of board.
If you are out there, please email me.
I have a CCR tree addition to make for a customer out there.
OR, if you are extremely excellent at walking a customer through adding one digit/extension (which I am not so I don't do it) that could be possible.

What system? Norstar? BCM-50? BCM? Does it have a RAD? Modem access? Remote computer access?
If you need remote step through, let me know.
If CON is the opposite of PRO Then what is the opposite of Progress?

I talked to this woman on the phone and certainly could have gotten more details but...It sounds like a CICS, two digit extensions and she has six people in a CCR tree, "Dial 1 for Suzy, Dial two for Matt, etc." and she has hired one more person, created a mail box for that person and just needs to match a digit 6 or 7 for that new person's mailbox in the CCR and all is well.
I'm fine on Norstars and VM but for whatever reason, CCR is this deep black hole I never learned and shame on me, OK.
Thankfully I've gotten two emails, one for a company that may be close enough to go over and one person that may be able to walk her over the programming on the phone.
I'm not looking for any money on this one, just get her taken care of as she is too far away to go duff at in person and I somehow or other take care of the referrals I get from a former Nortel dealer who sends me any service calls he gets.
If I really don't know what I am doing, I find someone else and if it is CCR, I find someone else. Thanks, Bracha

lot easier to have them dial "for suzy 23, for bob dial 24". do that in AA. that is a whole lot easier to do and change especially when employees leave. Besides you will run outif you have more than 9 people.
