I didn't see other threads....so because he was sent a PM we now close threads? new rule?.
Thought it was Lite software myself which requires a key code, you argued that then closed it.
Not something I would have done.

- It was a Flash 4, not a Lite.
- Key code not required
- Re-initialization needed
- OP is not a tech
- Not "End User" info needed, but Installer, and he was pointed to that fact
- Other posts were removed &/or edited before Installer info divulged in open forum as per board guidelines.

After working with the poster it in fact was a Lite as I thought.
Therefore Reinstall wont help.
Poster has been sent a fix.
