I have one dead CO port on my 616 - any common faults I can look into?

Pins on the 4P4C seem intact and there is no short across the pair.

I know the 3x8 has a fuse for each CO port, maybe so does the 6x16. Open it up and look, but the fuse is soldered on.

If you don't really need it, change ports. If all CO ports are used, change the cabinet.
