I am wondering if there is a way to set up through the BEM (BCM50) a way to log how many rings before the reception set picks up, duration of incoming calls, outgoing calls, etc. I figure its gotta be somewhere in the metrics section with logs and should be a fairly simple thing to pull, but I am not having much luck. Can anyone help?

Not much on the BCM, with the older MICS you bought a SMDR box, maybe a dealer could help you as you might want to record that info.

You wont find it on the BCM. You can do some basic SMDR, but if you want true cradle to grave status of a call, you need something like and IP Office with Chronicall installed.
