Hi. Have a customer with a CP150 c/w 32 voice mailboxes. System suffered a power hit and when it came back up it was at default with original password and setup parameters. Problem is that it came back with only 20 voice mailboxes. We have re-configured the unit but still only have the 20 seats.
Anyone ever hear of this or know how to fix it? We do not have the original keycodes as it was purchased as a 32 seat box.

Your going to need the Keycodes to get your boxes back
