I am maintaining an option 11C that has a DSS T1 that is used for trunking. The Central office is so old that the system is set up to dial out using dial pulse instead of DTMF. The system was installed many years ago and I took over the day to day adds moves and changes and would like to gather more information on system programming. Can someone tell me which Load that I would find specific system settings that would show the trunk timers, etc? I believe it is set up with D4 AMI but would like to verify that as well. If someone can point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
