I have a BCM400 that has lost all voice prompts in the hard drive it took 2 reboots just to be able to log in via elemant manager, just a guess I suppose the hardrive is failing? is there a way to recover the lost Vmail prompts a greetings?

Nope; do a BU ASAP before you can't login at all; change the HDD (Nortel imaged one, not a generic one). Sorry for your prompts, but if you don't see them through CP manager, they're gone.
