Just got this from a customer: The clock on my phone reads: “KulyN16a 9:11 amâ€Â. An hour ago the clock was about 30-40 minutes fast.
I'm not a Nortel tech. Mainly Toshiba and Panasonic. Any ideas? Just 1 phone having this problem.

Reboot the phone, can be a static issue, but probably more a defect display.
Yes, I'm a frenchie; have a problem with that?? Well, I do!!

Check with customer to see if it's just one phone or all of them.
