Have a customer that wants to delete all her messages in one full sweep from her mail box 100 Is there a way T.I.A

As far as I know, no...unless you re-set the system. You can try disabling/re-enabling the General Delivery mailbox, but I don't think that'll do it.

Disabling and re-enabling doesn't work. You will either need to do a reinstall which wipes everything out or just delete the messages one by one.
