Does any one know how to activate the CDR port on a KXTD-1232-4?

You probably want software to "massage" the data, but raw data is available. Default is 9600, 8,N,1 but most techs set it to 19.2,8N1

You can view the output in Hyperterminal!

Once the PC ar printer is connected to the RS232 it takes about 5 seconds before you'll see any SMDR data. The RS232 on the KX-TD is used for SMDR and programming. A null modem adapter is required, if your using a standard DB9 to DB25 cable.
