By default it goes in the bottom slot but you can put it in any slot and assign it through program # 109. Did you install this "hot"? The system should be powered down however if you installed it hot reset the system and it should recognize it. You will also have to set your ringing and outgoing assignments as well as CO line appearances on the sets if the default has been changed.

Thank you for your helpful response. No, I powered the system down before installing the module. I placed the module in the top slot and configured 109 for CO1:EM1:EM2. The system still did not recognize the lines saying that they were unassigned. I assigned buttons for each. Still kinda lost at this point. Also wondering how to configure night ringing over paging. Is it possible with this system, or will I have to go with an outboard system like viking? I would assume that users would have to use TAFAS regardless. Can TAFAS be programed as a Feature Key? Trying to learn this system in a hurry. Thanks again for your help. <font face="Verdana, Arial" size="2">Originally posted by MrGemini: By default it goes in the bottom slot but you can put it in any slot and assign it through program # 109. If it's in the top slot then 109 should show E-E-CO1 from left to right. If you make any changes in 109 you have to reset the system for it to recognize the change. Did you activate the CO lines in program 400?

Again, thank you for the help. I'll make the change to 109 and reinitiate the system. Then make the appropriate entries in 400. Appreciate your time.

No problem at all. Once you get the expansion card recognized we'll work on that night paging and one touch for TAFAS.

Having the correct sequence on 109 made all of the difference. I was counting from the top. The lines were recognized seamlessly. Thank you ever so much for your help.
