I have 3 of these DSS modules that have gone out. They still light up but cannot be used to transfer calls or single button call. Any suggestions??

What model & version system? are you referring to the KX-T 7441? Is this a new system and was it defaulted? What do you use to program with. Is the DSS on it's own cable or are you splitting pairs?

The phone system is a D500 super hybrid. The KX-T7411 are add on modules for the KX-T7436 phones. I do not have the software to program the system, wish I did but it was installed before I started working here and the company who installed told the previous IT person the software was not available to the end user. The DSS is on its own pair.

Are you referring to the KX-T 7441 DSS consoles? 48 DSS keys with answer and release buttons. These have a 1 year warranty and most dealers can get that extended slightly. What cards are these running off of? a dpits only, 50172 card or a hybrid 50170 card? Either way your going to have to get your dealer involved. There's no way you should be "blowing" or going through consoles.
