I have two questions.
How do you reset Mailboxes of people that no longer work for a company? Do I get their by going into voice mail and Dialing *998? and follow the instructions. I'm just not getting it.
Second, can the TSV 100 connect callers in a mailbox "LIVE" to a cell-phone using something like trunk-to-trunk transfer? If so how.

as far as the outside transfer, have the individual user forward their extension to their cell phone instead of the voicemail. pickup handset dial 71069 cellnumber # this tells the extension to forward busy/na calls to the number you type in. be sure to enter the 9 so the system grabs and outside line and the # key to complete the programming.

Also, if the forward to outside line isn't working check Program [504]. That enables/disables what class of service numbers can forward to an outside line.
Default is disable forward to outside line. So you may have to change that.

I have KXTD-1232 and am replacing an aged DOS based VM system that was integrated with the system. We are adding the TVS120 and I need to emulate the functions but also enhance if the box is able.
The forward to outside line is one of the things I need to do. But, I need to do this for a virtual mbox, our emergency contact. This needs to call out to the on-call staff AND be able to roll to 2 additional numbers in line of responsibility. Any ideas on this one?
