We have completed some voice work for a client of ours that has a TVS75 VM system. Can I get in remotely, or do I have to send him a CD? We typically just do on hold, but we did this as a side job, and he doesn't have the manuals. Thanks!

you program the voicemail through the rs232 port with hyperterminal. i have a manual for it if you need one. depending on what you need done as well, you may be able to do without hooking up with a pc. explain your needs further and we'll be glad to help.
